farewell 2019.

a year where i truly learned the meaning of selflessness + letting go. a year of growth, FO SHO.
.
God gives + takes away, but sometimes He takes away in order to make room for something better. it’s hard to see that in the moment, but He also tries to protect us from feelings of jealousy, bitterness, anger, + insecurity that may sprout.
.
this year i traveled across the globe to remind people of God’s love for them. 🌎
Nevada ✈️ Utah ✈️ Florida ✈️ New Jersey ✈️ DC ✈️ Mexico ✈️ Nepal ✈️ Arizona 🚗 New Mexico 🚗 California ✈️ Washington 🚂 Oregon 🚎 Georgia.

this year i allowed healing to enter my heart, i did a YWAM DTS, i moved across the country with a single suitcase to start at Hillsong College — as the Lord called me to invest in my gift of music. i went on various spontaneous road trips, i explored three new cities in seven days, i gave away countless bibles, i saw the Himalayan mountain range, i explored the Appalachian trail, i applied for a visa, i helped lead kids ministry in Asia, i attended my first international conference, as well as my first Hillsong conference (Colour NYC) which was ASTOUNDING, i hosted a women’s event in another country, i wrote two devotionals, i read the entire book of Jeremiah, i had the most fervent prayer life & consistent journaling that i’ve probably ever had.

i reconnected with old friends, made new friends, + overall came to realize that many things happening in my life right now i had prayed for quite some time ago.

hello 2020, i’m ready for a new adventure. 🌛🌸🌞
