you can’t save everyone. sometimes what our friends need the most is just out of grasp...
- because the timing is off.
- because they can’t see the way out.
- because they can’t see the light like you do.
- because they are.not.ready.to.understand.
sometimes i wish i could show you blind you are to the light around you. 💡

i always value everyone’s perspectives on life, a greater being, and the world around them... but sometimes it’s frustrating to express your own world view with those who find it ...

we are all on our own paths. when those paths cross, i believe it’s for a reason. but if someone sees things differently, we have to know when to have a conversation and when to let it be.
we are afraid of what we don’t understand. ✨
it’s taken me 27 years and counting to learn how to let go. but i’m letting go of imposing, of insisting, of begging, or holding on to hope when the reality is that some things are just out of my reach, of trying to enlighten and help when i know my efforts are unwanted or underappreciated.
